Big Girl

My parents went to the ballpark Sunday night and I got nothing.  Sienna got Lou Seal for her 7-month old birthday and I gave her a noogie.  ;)

This little boy wanted to play with us.  I chased him earlier before Sienna joined us.  His mom allowed him to play with us to tire him out.  I usually bark at kids especially if they are wearing a hat or a hoodie.  And don't get me started on skater boys, they irritate the heck out of me.

I know two black labs named Buddy.  This is Buddy Number 1.

This was at dog park D a few weeks ago.  We were the only dogs since it was too early even on a Saturday.

This is Sienna's favorite small dog park area.

Yes Mom, I'm waiting for you to kick the ball.

Sienna definitely loves the water more than I do.

Feeling Hot Hot Hot

Extreme hot days are not fun.  We were panting. Mom felt sorry for us that she gave us a bath.  Not cool.  Sienna was first and she had this stunned look about her.  She was toweled down.  She was still a little wet and instead of grooming herself, she just went to her bed.  I started grooming her.  Then I hear footsteps behind me and I ran towards the living room.  Mom and I did a couple of turns around the coffee table when she finally caught me.  She carries me to the tub while insulting me at the same time by saying, 'Sinjin, you are getting so heavy'.  She gives me a quick bath.  I kept trying to leave the tub because I hate baths.  She tried to dry me but I zoomed zoomed away.  I went in circle to clean my tail.  Sienna was still in her bed.  Mom went to her and started brushing her coat.  Weird how Sienna got quiet after her bath.  I'm sure she doesn't like it either.  I'll ask her later.

That's right, I've got game.  Belle's mom busted me for being a playa when she found out that I was regularly meeting and playing with Shyla, Maddie, Luna, Chloe, Zoey, and Coco.  But both moms agreed that Belle should be my official number 1 girlfriend since she's a shiba and we both have more things in common.  I say, I rather be footloose and fancy-free.  I don't need the excess baggage.  ;-)

Get up Belle, my turn to roll!

Get out dog, this is our spot!

There are some days that we go to the park twice in one day.  We are fortunate to live near two dog parks.
We met Sam and Tina on our way to Dog Park A.  They prefer to walk rather  than socialize at the park.

Instead of waiting by the gate, we get a better view up here to see who is entering the park.   That way, I don't have to waste my time greeting a dog I'm not interested in.
Mild-mannered Lassen

This time, Sienna wasn't scared of my buddy Oscar.
